The Terrace Community in Irvine, California is a townhouse development in the mid-sized master planned community of University Park in the city of Irvine. Featuring 500 attached one story townhouses, built between 1973 and 1975, this community features two swimming pools, with jacuzzis, a clubhouse and a greenbelt running the length of the community, from one pool to the other, with 2 tot lots along the way. There are several parks in the neighboring village of University Park. There are no Mello Roos fees in this development.
